A.Retirement Recognition Police Corporal Paul Martin
Mayor Warren and City Council to recognize Corporal Paul Martin on his retirement (Chief Jones to present).
B.Mayor's Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) Presentation
Upcoming Youth Stand Up Speak Up College Conference (Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council Members: Nadia Palestino, Faith Howard, Joseph Gonzalez, and Community Services Coordinator Jason Hendrix to present).

This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the City Council for up to 5 minutes on items not on the Agenda, but within the City Council's jurisdiction. The Council is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on non-agendized items.

A.Approval of Minutes
Approve the Minutes of the September 24, 2013 Regular City Council Meeting. 
B.Accept Proposal from Aramark Uniform Services for Uniform and Mat Rental and Cleaning SP-49-PW-13
Award bid and authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract agreement with Aramark Uniform Services for a two-year period, renewable for three additional one-year increments at the City's sole discretion, for Uniform and Mat Rental and Cleaning Services.
Approve Consent Calendar Items as recommended by staff.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A.Master Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement for R66 Helicopter
Adopt Resolution No. 2013-_____, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Fontana approving the Master Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement, Aircraft Addendum, and Escrow Agreement for the lease-purchase of a Robinson R66 Helicopter.

A.Discuss and Give Direction Regarding the Creation of a Five-Member Committee Under the Auspices of the Fontana Community Foundation
Discuss and give direction regarding the creation of a five-member committee under the auspices of the Fontana Community Foundation, to raise money for the benefit of a fire museum in Fontana.
