Welcome to the meeting of the City of Fontana Planning Commission. A complete agenda packet is located in the binder on the table in the lobby of the Grover W. Taylor Council Chambers Fontana, CA 92335. To address the Planning Commission, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the left indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the Planning Commission Secretary. The project site is an irregularly-shaped property consisting of one parcel (APN: 0235-111-14) totaling approximately 0.8 adjusted gross acres, located on the northwest corner of Valley Boulevard and Elm Avenue and having a frontage of approximately 176 feet on Valley Boulevard and a frontage of approximately 208 feet on Elm Avenue. The site is further identified as 15480 Valley Boulevard.
