Taylor Council Chambers 8353 Sierra Avenue Fontana, CA 92335. To address the Council, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the right indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the City Clerk. Your name will be called when it is your turn to speak. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act, the Grover W. Adopt Resolution No. 2013-_____of the City Council of the City of Fontana, declaring its intention to vacate a public right-of-way easement known as a twenty-foot wide alley on the north end of Tract 3894 (located south of the southeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Cherry Avenue), pursuant to California Government Code Section 8320, et. seq. and directing the City Clerk to administratively set the hearing date for September 10, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers and publish and post required notices.
2. Find that the project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility of significant effects upon the environment, and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
