B. Tentative Tract Map No. 17760 (TTM No. 16-004) - A request from SA Golden Investments Inc., for review and approval of a major modification to a previously approved tentative tract map. The request is to subdivide approximately 5 adjusted gross acres into 30 single-family residential lots ranging in size from 5,195 square feet to 7,575 square feet, with an average lot size of 6,385 square feet.
