Public Hearings - Municipal Code Amendment (MCA) No. 13-001, an Amendment
to Chapter 21, Article V (Timing and Payment of Development
Impact Fees) of the Fontana City Code
1. Find that the project is Generally Exempt pursuant to Section 15061
(b)(3) (General Rule Exemption) of the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA), and direct staff to file the Notice of Exemption.
2. Waive further reading of and introduce Ordinance No. ____, an
Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Fontana, California,
Amending Chapter 21, Article V (Timing and Payment of Development
Impact Fees) of the Fontana City Code, to allow the payment of
Development Impact Fees upon the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy for residential construction; and that the reading of the title
constitutes the first reading thereof.
