request to amend the General Plan Land Use Map to change approximately 13.7 acres of land designated General Commercial (CG)
and Light Industrial (I-L) to Single-Family Residential (R-SF) and Public Facilities (P-PF); and a request to change the Zoning District Map on the same properties from General Commercial (C-2) and Light
Industrial (M-1) to Single-Family Residential (R-1) and Public Facilities
(P-PF); and that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading
thereof.
