Public Hearing Item A - Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA) No. 13-002, Cottage Food Operations
1. Find that the project is exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and direct staff to file the Notice of Exemption.
2. Waive further reading of and introduce Ordinance No. ____, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Fontana, California, Amending Chapter 30, Zoning and Development Code Article V, Division 3 (Use Regulations) and Article II Division 12 (Home Occupation Permit), of the Fontana City Code, allowing Cottage Food Operations as a permitted use in the residential zoning district with the approval of a home occupation permit; and that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading thereof.

New Business Item A - Appointments to the Ontario International Airport - Inter Agency Collaborative (ONT-IAC) Mediation Board, Technical Advisory Group and Nominees for "At-Large" Members for ONT-IAC" 1. Appoint the Technical Advisory Group Member - one person from staff to serve as city liaison to ONT-IAC.
2. Appoint two Mediation Board Members - City Council to choose two elected or appointed officials to represent the City in any mediation activity that affects the City.
3. Submit names of public individuals to be considered as "At Large" members of the Mediation Board. At least one person should have aviation experience.
