Master Case No. 14-069; Conditional Use Permit No. 16-020 - a request to operate an existing restaurant (Chipotle Mexican Grill) in conjunction with a new California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Type 41 (On-Sale Beer and Wine for Bona Fide Public Eating Place) license. The request does include the service of alcoholic beverages within the patio area.
