Adoption of Resolution of Intent and to Set the Public Hearing on Establishing Community Facilities District No. 92M for Street Lighting, Maintenance Items, and Park Maintenance for Tract 20060. The District is Located Southeast of Baseline and Oleander H. Approval of Utility Easements for San Gabriel Water, Inland Empire Utility Agency and Southern California Edison Located South of Jurupa Avenue between Banana Avenue and Live Oak Avenue. I. Approve a Joint Use Agreement with Southern California Edison related to Tentative Parcel Map No. 19834 and Design Review No. 17-004 located on the northwest corner of Jurupa Avenue and Live Oak Avenue J. Approve Donations of canine “Loki” and present and future accompanying K-9 dog equipment from Fontana Police K-9 Pals, a California nonprofit corporation K. Approve Release Contract of K-9 Unit dog “Samson” and accompanying K-9 equipment to his handler, Ronald Brunn. L. Authorize the Purchase of Maintenance Equipment and Supplies M.
