Public Hearing Item A - Adopt a Resolution Finding that the Public Interest and Convenience Require the Sale of Surplus Property
1. Conduct a hearing to consider the adoption of the proposed Resolution No. 2014-_____, a Resolution of the City of Fontana finding that the public interest and convenience require the sale of surplus property, known as Assessor Parcel Nos. 0228-151-60, 0228-151-61 and 0228-151-63, located on LCPL Fernando Temayo Way, and approving the sale of such property to RJJ Investments, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
2. Authorize the City Manager of the City of Fontana to negotiate and execute on behalf of the City Council the Quitclaim deeds and take any other actions necessary to effectuate said approval for sale of the property at fair market value.

1. Adopt Resolution No. 2014-___ of The City Council of the City of Fontana Establishing Community Facilities District No. 78M of the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino, State of California, and Establishing the Boundaries Thereof.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 2014-____ of the City Council of the City of Fontana Calling a Special Election and Submitting to the Voters of Community Facilities District No. 78M of the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino, State of California, a Proposition with Respect to the Annual Levy of Special Taxes within said Community Facilities District to Pay the Costs of Certain Services to be provided by the Community Facilities District and a Proposition with Respect to the Establishment of an Appropriations Limit for said Community Facilities District.
3. Adopt Resolution No. 2014-____ of the City Council of the City of Fontana Declaring the Results of the Special Election for Community Facilities District No. 78M of the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino, State of California, on the Propositions with Respect to (I) The Annual Levy of Special Taxes to Pay the Costs of Certain Services to be provided by the Community Facilities District and (II) The Establishment of an Appropriations Limit.
