M. Settlement Agreement Resolving Sewer Agreement Lawsuit with City of Rialto Approve a Settlement Agreement, resolving the Sewer Agreement Lawsuit involving the City of Rialto and authorize the City Manager to sign said Settlement Agreement.

Approving General Plan Amendment No. 13-007, an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map to change the existing land use designation on approximately 17.0 adjusted gross acres of property (APNs: 0241-091-24, -25, -29 and -64) from General Commercial (C-G) to Medium Density Residential (R-MF) located near the southeast corner of Baseline Avenue and Sierra Avenue.
3. Approving General Plan Amendment No. 13-010, an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map to change the existing land use designation on approximately 39.4 adjusted gross acres of property (APN: 0239-101-14, 0239-095-02, -07, and -10) from Multi-Family Residential (R-MF) to Medium Density Residential (R-M) and General Commercial (C-G) to Medium Density Residential (R-M) and General Commercial (C-G), located on the northeast corner of Sierra Avenue and Segovia Street and having a frontage of approximately 1127 feet on Sierra Avenue and an approximate frontage of 422 feet on Segovia Lane.
4. (Dependent on the outcome of Public Hearing Item B): Approving General Plan Amendment No. 13-003, an amendment to change the General Plan Land Use Designation from High-Density Residential (R-MF) to Medium-Density Residential (R-M), and adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program and direct staff to file a Notice of Determination.
